Spiced Tea Toddy
Ingredients:- 4 cups boiling water
- 8 tea bags
- 4 cups apple juice
- 4 cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup brown sugar
Pour boiling water over tea bags. Cover and let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Combine with tea. Serve in warm mugs with an orange wedge that has a whole clove stuck in the skin. Use a cinnamon stick as a stir stick. Makes 8 cups.

Ingredients:- ice
- 4 oz. cranberry juice
- 4 oz grapefruit juice
- fresh cranberries and mint leaf for garnish
Fill a goblet with ice. Add 4 oz. cranberry juice and 4 oz. grapefruit juice. Garnish with a fresh cranberry and mint leaf.

Ingredients:- 6 oz. iced tea
- 2 oz. raspberry or other fruit juice
- squirts of lemon
- ice
Mix the iced tea, juice and lemon over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a raspberry
